Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping over €55

On orders to Spain of €55 or more, shipping is free. It is applied automatically in the cart, with no code and no other conditions.

2. Shipping costs

Prices are per order, not per card: if you buy several cards together, you pay for shipping once. The exact amount is calculated and shown in the cart before you complete your purchase.

3. Where we ship

Spain. The whole country.

European Union. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Other destinations. Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

If your country is not on this list, we do not reach it yet. Email us at info@cardsgoat.com and we will look into it: we can often arrange a one-off shipment.

4. Delivery times

The total time has two parts. First we make your card, then we ship it.

Production: 5 business days, counted from the moment you approve the design preview, not from payment. The sooner you approve it, the sooner it ships.

Shipping, once produced:

• Spain: 1–3 business days.
• Rest of the European Union: 5 business days.
• Other destinations: 5–12 business days.

These are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. In any case, unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the formation of the contract.

During peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, carriers get congested and times can stretch. If it is going to affect your order, we will let you know.

5. When your order ships

You will get an email when your card leaves our workshop. If the shipment has a tracking number, we will include it in that email.

6. Taxes and customs

The prices you see include any applicable VAT.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are payable by the recipient, are charged by customs or the carrier on arrival, and are not included in the price or in the shipping cost.

Please note that the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla sit outside the customs and VAT territory of the European Union, even though they are part of Spain. Shipments there may require customs formalities and be subject to IGIC or IPSI.

7. Wrong address or uncollected order

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. If a shipment comes back because the address was wrong or because it was not collected in time, we will resend it once the shipping costs are paid again.

If you spot an error right after buying, email us as soon as you can: as long as the order has not shipped, we will correct it at no cost.

8. Lost or damaged orders

If your card arrives damaged or the shipment never turns up, we take care of it. How to claim and what we offer is set out in our Returns Policy.
