1. Who we are
CardsGOAT is an online shop selling personalised football cards. In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are our details:

2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern purchases made on cardsgoat.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them, that you are of legal age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
We keep a copy of the terms in force at the time of your purchase. If they change, the version that applies to your order is always the one published when you placed it.
3. What you are buying
Every card is made to order and only for you, from the photo, name, position, club, country and stats you enter in our card maker. It is not a catalogue item we hold in stock.
It is printed on 5mm black foam PVC and cut to the classic football card silhouette. It is available in A4, A3 and A2.
We print at high quality, but there may be slight colour differences between what you see on your screen and the printed result, because every screen calibrates colour differently. Those variations are not considered a defect.
How sharp your card looks depends on the photo you upload: if the original image is low resolution or out of focus, the print will show it. Our team retouches it, but cannot add detail that is not in the file.
4. How an order works
- You design your card in the card maker and add it to the cart.
- You complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Our design team edits your photo and prepares the card.
- We send you a preview by email.
- Once you approve it, the card goes into production.
The contract is formed when the order is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
If you do not respond to the preview, we will remind you. After 30 calendar days without a reply, we may either produce the card exactly as you designed it or cancel the order and refund you.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees, which are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price.
Payment is processed through the providers integrated into the shop. We do not store your card details.
If we spot an obvious pricing error, we will tell you before producing your card and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.
6. Production and delivery times
Production takes 5 business days from the moment you approve the preview. Shipping then takes:
- Spain: 1–3 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–12 business days.
These are estimates and they start from your approval, not from payment. In any case, unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the formation of the contract.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you physically receive the product.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a general rule, a consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
That right does not apply to our cards. Article 103.c of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act excludes from withdrawal the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Every card is made with your photo, your name and your details, and cannot be resold to anyone else.
What you can do, at no cost:
- Cancel your order at any point before you approve the preview. We refund you in full.
- Ask for changes to the design during the preview stage.

8. Warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity. We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.
CardsGOAT commercial guarantee. On top of that, and voluntarily, if something is not right with your card we will put it right within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is additional and does not replace or limit the legal guarantee.
9. Your photo and image rights
By uploading an image you authorise us to process, edit, crop and print it for the sole purpose of making your order and handling any related claim. We do not use it for advertising without your express permission.
By uploading it, you declare that:
- You hold the necessary rights to the image.
- You have the consent of the people who appear in it.
- If a minor appears in it, you are their parent or legal guardian, or you have their authorisation.
We may refuse an order whose content is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or infringes third-party rights. If we do, we will refund you in full.
Club badges, flags and club names. These elements are added to the card solely at your request and under your responsibility. CardsGOAT does not own those trademarks and is not affiliated with, associated with or sponsored by any club, federation, league, or by EA Sports or FIFA. References to card styles are used only to describe the look of the design.
10. Intellectual property of the site
The design of cardsgoat.com, its copy, its card templates, its brand and its images belong to CardsGOAT or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced or exploited without prior written permission.
11. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and these terms, without carrying out activities that could damage or overload it or prevent others from using it normally, and without attempting to access restricted areas or third-party data.
12. Liability
We are liable for damages arising directly from a breach of our obligations. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control, for delays caused by the carrier or customs, or for errors in the personalisation details or delivery address that you entered.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants you as a consumer.
13. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or to applicable law. The version published when you place your order is the one that governs that order.
15. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you can send any complaint to info@cardsgoat.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
You may also contact the consumer protection bodies of your autonomous community or the Spanish consumer arbitration boards. Disputes will be submitted to the courts that apply under consumer law.
